  David Alan Carmichael sounds a financial tsunami warning.  There are tremors occurring in the global financial sub-strata.  It is a sign that a financial tsunami is on its way.  This part and part 2 discuss the news report that the International Monetary Fund is considering a scheme to declare groups of countries financially unstable and provide a credit line to them without those countries requesting the assistance.  David explains the kind of destructive wave that could ensue from such an event.

  Bill Murphy and Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee files (GATA) Freedom of Information Act request to find out where the gold is.  GATA is poised to file suit in a federal court to force the Treasury and Federal Reserve Bank.  Bill Murphy says the gold markets are being manipulated.  The main-stream media finally reported the global financial collapse in September 2008 while the International Monetary Fund was publishing articles about the collapse ten months earlier from a 'pass-tense' perspective.  When the news hit in September 2008, gold suddenly, insanely, dropped 30% right when it should have been skyrocketing due to the crisis.  There had to be some kind of market manipulation.

  Florida Senator Mike Fasano proposes a change in the Florida Constitution to fix problems with Public Service Commission appointments; to correct the definition given to the unborn; to institute a mechanism to provide no-interest loans to small businesses.  This first segment focuses on the Public Service Commission appointment problems.  Part 2 continues on that vein.  Four minutes into that segment, the Senator tells about a bill proposed to punish those who hurt an unborn child in consequence of hurting the mother.  About 7:25 into the second segment, Senator Fasano tell about a bill that he is drafting to institution no-interest loans to small businesses.  In the Last two segments of the interview, David challenges Senator Fasano on the constitutionality of the proposal.
